Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and are a space to focus on you, we can meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly in-person or online. I'll ask the big questions and together we'll create a renewed focus. Sessions focus on finding confidence, purpose and passion. This is a committed step toward self-care!

Weekly motivational challenges will encourage you to put your inner work into action. Every session will offer you a unique opportunity to prioritise your self-care and growth. Homework is used to inspire, motivate & cultivate fun - not shame, obligation or stress.
Sessions cost $40 each and I ask that clients commit to a minimum of 3 sessions. This allows you to start the journey of self-care with commitment, importance > honour. These sessions also offer you the best of me as a coach, I will be there for you to inspire, encourage > support you cultivating change.
